Bulk Keyword Quick Adjustment Tool

This Eazyppc tool helps Users quickly generate a large number of keyword rows for:

• Backend Keywords
• Image Keywords for A+ Content images

User Guide:

Sellers, please follow the instructions exactly – if you make a mistake at any step, the tool will not work. An “Invalid” error means the file uploaded by the Seller does not match the instructions; please go back to the first step. Thank you!

1/ Prepare the data file:

• Prepare a core keyword set
• Copy all keywords (Note: only take the keywords, remove the Column Header) into a new Excel-format file. This file must contain only one column of keywords. From row 1 to the end, it MUST ONLY CONTAIN KEYWORDS

2/ Upload to the tool:

• Click Use Tool > Upload the prepared file using the ‘Upload Keywords File’ function
• When upload is successful:

3/ Select Configure Settings according to your needs

4/ Click ‘Process Keywords’

5/ Get the results:

• Copy and paste the displayed results or download the TXT file – this will not cause any errors
• CSV files may sometimes have errors due to different default Microsoft settings on each computer
